Davenport, IOWA – According to the Davenport Police Department, the 31-year-old suspect was charged on Thursday.
His name is Leonard Fisher Jr. and he is now charged with one count each of intimidation with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon.
The charges stem from Jan. 29 incident.
This incident occurred in the 1300 block of Washington Street.
Davenport Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
The responding officers discovered that the suspect reportedly fired at another person.
The gun (stolen from a home in Whiteside County) was reportedly found at the scene and the suspect was captured on video firing the gun.
Fisher Jr. was booked into the Scott County Jail.
