Davenport, IOWA - According to the court documents, his name is Demaine Marquelle Glenn and he was sentenced on Monday. The 30-year-old defendant was sentenced to 5 years and 11 months in federal prison for possessing a firearm as a felon. In Sept. 2018, officers responded to a shots fired call after someone in the defendant’s car fired several shots at another occupied vehicle. The defendant fled and led police on a high-speed chase from Rock Island into Davenport and Bettendorf. Firearm possessed by the defendant was recovered from the scene. Several fired shell casings of the same caliber were recovered both from his car and from the scene of the shooting.  This story will be updated as new information become available.
