IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is Paul Hoff and he pleaded guilty Tuesday.
The defendant pleaded guilty to obstructing prosecution for his role in the death of Chris Bagley.
He faces up to two years in prison when he’s sentenced.
According to the court documents, a felony charge of a abuse of a corpse was dropped in exchange for his testimony against Drew Blahnik.
The defendant said he witnessed Blahnik stab the victim repeatedly in the neck.
Drew Blahnik was found guilty earlier this year of second-degree murder and other counts in Bagley’s death and is scheduled to be sentenced next month.
