Davenport, IOWA – Davenport Fire Department officials said this incident occurred right after midnight early Friday morning.
It happened at Chuck’s Tap located at 1731 W. 6th St.
Davenport Fire Department crews responded to a report of a structure fire.
The responding crews saw smoke and flames coming from the second floor of the structure.
They were able to quickly extinguish the fire.
There was smoke and fire damage to the business, and smoke damage to the apartments above.
No one was injured in this incident.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
