Cedar County, IOWA – According to the Iowa State Patrol, this unfortunate accident occurred right after 9 a.m. Wednesday morning. It happened on Interstate 80 near mile marker 274. Iowa State Patrol troopers responded to a report of a crash. The responding troopers discovered that semi-truck broke through the cable barrier, crossed into the eastbound traffic and struck Ford F-150 head-on. Princeton, IOWA – Scott County Sheriff’s Office said this incident occurred right before 10 a.m. Wednesday morning. It happened at the Princeton Wildlife Area Gun range on 286th Avenue. The responding deputies found one adult male victim. Police said the man suffered a gunshot wound to his head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
