Linn County, IOWA – According to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, the single-vehicle crash occurred right after 3 a.m. early Thursday morning.
It happened on Highway 30 just west of Highway 100.
Linn County Sheriff’s deputies, Fairfax Fire Department crews and Area Ambulance personnel responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash.
The responding officers discovered that the 29-year-old driver of Honda Civic, later identified as Tyler Reynolds, was driving westbound on Highway 30, lost control of the vehicle and rolled in the median.
The 29-year-old driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Reynolds was the only occupant of the vehicle and there were no other vehicles involved.
Reynolds was charged with fail to maintain control of his vehicle and seat belt violation, LCSO said.
This incident remains under investigation.
