Davenport, IA – According to the statement, Davenport Fire Department crews responded to the 3500 block of Fair Avenue
This unfortunate incident occurred around 2:15 a.m. Sunday.
When the Davenport Fire Department crews arrived on scene, they found flames and smoke coming from the rear of a single-family home.
They were able to quickly put the fire out and say they pulled out ceilings to extinguish a fire in the attice space.
Three people were home at the time of the fire, but no injuries were reported
The investigation is ongoing.
