Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, his name is Henry Dinkins and he appeared on video court in Scott County on Friday, July 2.
The man was charged with first-degree murder and first-degree kidnapping in connection to the death of a 10-year-old girl.
Dinkins pleaded not guilty to the crimes.
Breasia was reported missing in July of 2020.
Her remains were found several months later in Clinton County.
The suspect is being held in the Clinton County Jail.
Waiving his right to a speedy trial means he won’t go on trial until early 2022.
