Coralville, IOWA – Coralville Police Department officials said the accident occurred on Sunday.

It happened at the intersection of Front Street and Forevergreen Road.

The responding officers discovered that the 27-year-old driver didn’t stop at a stop sign, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree.

Her name is Marguerite Johnson and she reportedly admitted to drinking alcohol earlier in the night.

Police officials said that a breath sample resulted in a test of .133 BrAC.

Her 7-month-old baby was in the backseat at the time of the crash.

The child suffered a bump on their forehead, officials said.
