Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, his name is Deshawn Lamont Davis and he was booked into the Scott County Jail on one count of first-degree robbery.
This is a Class B felony punishable by 25 years in prison.
About the incident – Officers responded around 2:15 a.m. April 17 at the 100 block of North Elmwood Avenue.
When the officers arrived on scene, they discovered that the suspect assaulted the victim, threatened him by displaying a firearm, and took his keys and vehicle.
The 18-year-old man will be arraigned July 22.
