Davenport, IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is Norman R. Bolton Jr. and he was sentenced July 21 on two counts of delivery of methamphetamine.
The 40-year-old man pleaded guilty to the charges in April.
Judge Bert suspended a sentence of up to 10 years and suspended a fine of $1,370 on each count.
The 40-year-old man was placed on supervised probation for three years and ordered to successfully complete the Salvation Army program in Davenport.
Bolton also needs to obtain substance abuse and mental health evaluations and successfully complete recommended treatment.
He also needs to maintain employment, if allowed by the Salvation Army program.
