Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, his name is Preston Andrew Cole and he must serve 10 years of supervised release once he completes his prison term.
He was also ordered to pay $3,000 in restitution.
The 28-year-old man pleaded guilty to a child pornography charge in April and was sentenced this week to 144 months in federal prison.
A probation officer did a routine check on the defendant and noticed a wi-fi router and multiple electronic devices.
The 28-year-old man was interviewed and admitted to viewing child pornography on the devices and consuming alcohol.
