Dubuque, IOWA – According to the statement, the new project is called the “Outreach: Programs to People” and the $7,672 grant award comes from the Dubuque Racing Association.
Officials say that the Library Foundation has donated $2,558 for a total of $10,230.
Officials can use the funds to buy crafting supplies, musical instruments, and technology equipment.
The library’s director said that this program will allow them to ‘bring the library outside of its building and get it to where the people are.’
