Davenport, IA – According to the state officials, Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading reportedly offers a professional development platform that delves deeply into the Science of Reading, empowering K-5 teachers and administrators to bolster literacy instruction and bridge student achievement gaps.
A recent survey conducted by Lexia, the Department’s contracted provider for LETRS, revealed overwhelmingly positive feedback from the initial cohort of participants.
Ninety-six percent of respondents affirmed that the session content will enrich their capacity to implement research-based practices.
Moreover, 98 percent of participants indicated their readiness to apply the skills and concepts acquired during the sessions within their respective schools.
