IOWA – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident happened around 10:10 p.m. Monday just west of Forest City.
According to the police report, the ATV went off a terrace and rolled.
The 49-year-old man, John West, was thrown off and died.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
