IOWA – According to the police officials, his name is Benjamin Moore and he was charged with OWI, Failure to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle, Child Endangerment, and multiple other traffic charges. The 27-year-old man was taken into custody. He was taken to the Linn County Correctional Center. According to the officials, there was a 5-year-old child in the car with him.
