Muscatine, IOWA – According to the city officials, the rating is for the $6.19 million General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2022. City officials have announced that the Series 2022 bond issue will be used to fund a variety of City projects that have recently been completed, are currently underway, or will be underway in calendar years 2022 and 2023. Davenport, IOWA – According to the Davenport Police Department officials, the shooting occurred right after 7 p.m. Saturday evening. It happened in the parking lot of Castlewood Apartments located at 2130 Emerald Drive. Davenport Police Department officers responded to a shooting call. When the officers arrived on scene, they found one adult male victim. Police said the 26-year-old victim suffered a life threatening gunshot wound and was transported by Medic EMS to the hospital for medical treatment. It happened in the 2700 block of McKinley Ave. Davenport Police Department officers responded to the location in reference to the report of shots fired with a subject down suffering from a gunshot wound.
