Davenport, IA – According to the statement, this is 17,843 more completed vaccinations than Saturday. There were 431 new confirmed cases, bringing the state’s total number of cases to 353,242. Davenport, IA – According to the officials, the suspect is set to appear April 16 in Scott County Court. His name is Vincent Brocato and he is a suspect in an incident that happened Feb. 17. Brocato is being held on $500,000 bond in Scott County Jail. DPD responded to the 1400 block of Main Street to check on someone’s welfare and found a woman who had suffered a gunshot wound. The harrowing 911 call of a father confessing to beating his 5-year-old son to death with a baseball bat has been released. The man told the 911 dispatcher: “I just killed my son.” The 31-year-old dad from Ohio has been charged with aggravated murder following the death of his son. The boy’s uncle said that the 5-year-old boy was autistic and communicated with a tablet. Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, his name is  Desmend Qwauntrill Williams and he is being held in the Scott County Jail on cash-only bonds of $15,000 and bonds of $10,000 cash or surety. The officers were looking for the suspect since June 17 when a warrant was issued for his arrest in the case.
