Davenport, IA – According to the police report, diver’s found the last student’s body on Monday. Five crew club students were practicing on Little Wall Lake, north of Ames, on Sunday when their boat capsized. Two students were killed in the accident. The other three were rescued and treated at Mary Greeley Medical Center. Authorities have not released the identities of the victims out of respect for the families. According to the officials, high winds made boating dangerous.

Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred around 5:10 a.m. Monday. When the officers arrived on scene, they found bullet casings. A 12-year-old boy was stabbed in the neck while waiting in line with his family inside a McDonald’s restaurant in Pennsylvania. The youngster was rushed to hospital in a critical condition after the incident on Saturday afternoon. Police say the boy was waiting in line to order with his family when the 51-year-old man stabbed him in the neck. The boy’s condition was later upgraded to stable. Turner was inside the restaurant drinking coffee when he became agitated. He then started yelling racial slurs during and after the incident. A mom has been charged with child abuse after she allegedly turned up at her daughter’s school wearing boxing gloves and attacked another student. She was able to enter her daughter’s school in Florida, with another adult and a high school student and attack the girl. The mother was leaving the school with her daughter after a meeting with the vice principal. But instead of leaving the campus, police said the daughter walked out of her way through the cafeteria to engage the victim in a fight. Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, his name is Michael Christopher Lewis and he was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Lewis was sentenced for possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and felon in possession of a firearm. Police arrested Lewis and found he had a loaded black handgun and $617 of drug proceeds in his possession. A search of his car found methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, morphine and fentanyl, and pills, as well as a loaded handgun. The case was investigated by the Davenport Police Department.

Davenport, IA – According to the police report, his name is Marshall Popp and he faces a felony charge of felon in possession of a firearm and misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
