He was also ordered to serve five years of supervised release and pay $300 to the Crime Victims’ Fund. He admitted possessing the firearms in this case in connection with and furtherance of his drug trafficking activities. The investigation was handled by the Davenport Police Department, Drug Enforcement Agency, and the Scott County Sheriff’s Office.

Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, his name is Dwayne A. Rupp and he waived his right to a speedy trial and requested that a trial date be set for the case. The suspect allegedly stole approximately $290,036 from LPW-I, Inc., a machinery movement and installation company based in Davenport. He also used LPW-I funds to purchase machinery for his personal use, according to court documents. Lightner has not been charged criminally. The lawsuit claims these schemes led to known losses of $1.2 million for LPW-I.

Davenport, IA – According to the police report, the Racine County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a complaint of a sexual assault in the town of Rochester, Wisconsin. A woman found several videos on a laptop of herself being sexually assaulted by a male acquaintance of which she had no recollection and believed she was drugged.
