The health department also reported 363,469 total positive tests and 5,471 total deaths 24 hours earlier. 705,151 vaccine doses have been administered in the state, with 178,875 individuals receiving both doses. Davenport, IA – According to the officials, this is a part of an $11 million investment through the state’s “Rebuild Illinois” project which pumps money into economic development projects across the state. The money was distributed to projects that need a lot of money upfront in order to get started. The organization will use these funds to help continue building its new Rock Island location. The number of people hospitalized with the virus across the state crept up Sunday to 196 from Saturday’s 181. That total remains well below the November peak of more than 1,500 patients. Iowa officials said 169,617 people have now received both required doses of a coronavirus vaccine in the state.
