Davenport, IA – His name is Shelby Lamonte Miller, 52-year-old, of Davenport, and he was charged for conspiracy to distribute cocaine base, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and possession with intent to distribute cocaine base. After he serves his sentence, he was ordered to serve eight years of supervised release and pay $300 to the Crime Victims’ Fund. Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident happened around 3 p.m. Saturday on the 3700 block of Hickory Grove Road, Davenport. The incident began at 18th and Ripley Streets before it ended on Hickory Grove Road. According to the police report, the suspects ran from the car once it crashed, with its windshield wipers still going. One officer with a K-9 searched the area nearby. The IDPH has allocated 1,170 additional Pfizer vaccine to the Scott County Health Department. The additional doses are allocated for the Phase 1B. The 39-year-old Joshua Hendryx was driving northbound on 22nd Avenue Trail when he lost control. He went into the ditch, vaulted over a creek and struck a power pole. IOWA – His name is Jason M. Rottman and he is found guilty of child abduction during a bench trial. The charge is a Class 4 felony punishable by one to three years in prison. Jason M. Rottman, of Bettendorf, remained in the Rock Island County Jail on a $25,000 bail. According to the investigators, the child was outside riding his bike and fell. Rottman then approached him and told the child to come with him, but the child ran into his home. Rottman began to walk away and was confronted by a Unity Point security staff member.
