Des Moines, IOWA – According to the Des Moines Police Department, the shooting occurred around 9:09 p.m. Thursday night.
It happened on Walker Street.
Des Moines Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found one adult male victim.
Police said the 34-year-old victim suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
