Davenport, IOWA – According to the Davenport Police Department, this incident occurred at 3205 W 76th St.
The unidentified suspect is described as a black male.
The suspect is around 6-feet tall.
The unidentified suspect reportedly pulled into the lot in the pictured car and was seen scouting the vehicles parked there on Feb. 12.
Police officials said the suspect reportedly came back about midnight and stole a catalytic converter.
