Four local residents have been arrested in connection with a drug trafficking investigation that included marijuana, ecstasy, methamphetamine and LSD

Davenport, IA – According to the police report, Steven Charles Fuhlman and Erin Marie Fuhlman, are charged with one count each of possession with the intent to deliver LSD and possession with the intent to deliver MDMA, or ecstasy.

Each charge is a Class B felony under Iowa law that carries a prison sentence of 25 years. The suspects are also charged with one count of possession with the intent to deliver marijuana, as well as three counts of violating Iowa’s drug tax stamp law.

Each of those charges is a Class D felony that carries a prison sentence of five years.

The third suspect is Jeffrey Blake Palmer. He is charged with one count of possession with the intent to deliver less than 5 grams of methamphetamine. The charge is a Class C felony that carries a prison sentence of 10 years.

And the last suspect, Sarah Lindsay McClendon, is charged with one count of possession with the intent to deliver marijuana and violating Iowa’s drug tax stamp law, both of which are Class D felonies, each carrying a prison sentence of five years.
