IHEIA and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources are inviting you for the Iowa Cubs Outdoors Day at Principal Park

Des Moines, IOWA – This event will take place on Sunday, July 17 at 1:08 p.m. at Principal Park.

Tickets are $12.00 each (plus taxes and fees) and $4.00 of each ticket sale will go to support the Iowa Hunter Education Instructor Association (IHEIA). 

Funds raised will go to further the mission of the organization and help support and expand conservation and outdoor recreation programs across the state.

There will be hands on activities located near the indoor playground and opportunities to learn about outdoor recreation in Iowa.

Officials also said that the first 500 attendees will receive a free I Cubs / Iowa DNR camouflage hat.

A portion of each ticket sale will go to further the mission of the Iowa Hunter Education Instructors

Iowa Hunter Education Instructor Association is committed to supporting organized conservation and outdoor recreation programs and efforts across the state of Iowa.

Iowa DNR manages fish and wildlife programs, ensures the health of Iowa’s forests and prairies, and provides recreational opportunities in Iowa’s state parks.
