Clinton, IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is Anthony Curce and he is charged with one count of failure to affix drug stamp, one count of controlled substance violation, one count of controlled substance violation, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful possession of a prescription drug.
On Sept. 1, an officer made a contact with the suspect because he was wanted on a warrant. During a search, the responding officer found a bag and inside the bag he found small bags with methamphetamine.
He also found 6 bags of marijuana, 16 100 milligram morphine pills inside a pill bottle for which the suspect had no prescription, a glass smoking pipe and suspected THC wax.
Authorities say the methamphetamine weighed about 14.45 grams. The suspected marijuana weighed about 23.6 grams. The suspected THC wax weighed 15.74 grams.
