IOWA – According to the police officials, his name is Michael Constant and he is now charged with animal abuse.
This unfortunate incident occurred June 30th during a fight between Constant and his girlfriend.
The suspect said that he had lost his temper and threw the 5-pound dog into a wall in the hallway of their apartment in Cedar Rapids.
When the officers found the dog, it had a difficult time standing and it was disoriented.
