Davenport, IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is Sean Patrick Huffman and prosecutors say he assaulted two sisters in 2014.
Huffman was found guilty of second and third-degree sexual abuse.
- Second-degree sexual abuse is a class B felony with a maximum prison term of 25 years.
- Third-degree sexual abuse is a class C felony with a maximum prison term of 10 years.
Officials say that the victims were 7 and 14 at the time.
The 43-year-old defendant was arrested by the Eldridge Police Department in May.
His sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 3 at 2 p.m.
