Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred around 8:10 a.m. Easter Sunday. His name is Jeromy Anderson and he is accused of chasing the woman through Davenport’s Rhythm City Casino, before following her with the weapon into the facility’s parking lot.
The responding officers also found him wearing a visible sheath on his belt encasing a knife with a 5-and-a-quarter-inch blade.
The incident was captured on video surveillance, and the uninjured victim has requested an order of protection against Anderson.
The suspect has been charged with going armed with intent, a felony, along with misdemeanor counts of carrying a weapon, disorderly conduct and domestic abuse – assault with intent or weapon.
