IOWA – According to the police officials, his name is Grant Dmitry Hill and he was charged with Indecent Exposure.
The 23-year-old man is accused of exposing himself while the boy was working out in the Quarters clubhouse gym.
The gym is located at 2401 Highway 6 East in Iowa City.
According to the statement, the boy did not know Hill.
Hill was booked at Johnson County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
