Davenport, IA – According to the statement, Hy-Vee will host walk-up immunization clinics from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
The Hy-Vee clinics will be held at the West Grand Exhibit Area for the duration of the Iowa State Fair.
The clinics will offer free COVID-19 vaccines to people age 12 and up.
According to the statement, the Hy-Vee clinics will also offer seasonal flu vaccines.
The clinic will offer vaccines from Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer.
According to the health officials, these vaccines are considered extremely effective at preventing hospitalizations due to COVID-19 and worse.
