IOWA – According to the police officials, this unfortunate accident occurred right before 8 a.m. Thursday.
It happened at the intersection of Herder Street at S. 2nd Street in Guttenberg.
Iowa State Patrol troopers responded to a report of a crash.
Authorities say the school bus was turning onto S. 2nd Street when it struck a 66-year-old woman.
Her name is Judy Puls and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
No one was hurt on the bus.
