IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is Harvey Hunter Jr. and he pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment.

Hunter Jr. accepted the plea agreement offered by Polk County prosecutors.

The 48-year-old man said that he did threaten to commit bodily injury to a government official in his Jan. 5 voicemail.
