The speed limit is 25 miles per hour from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. According to the police officials, the first time a driver speeds in a school zone, the maximum fine is $150 and the second time it’s a maximum fine of $300. IOWA – According to the police officials, his name is Marquel Dashaun Poole and he was charged with two counts of control of a firearm by a felon, a class D felony. Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, his name is Charlie Gary and he was found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of Robert Long in January 2020. Officials say that the 20-year-old man was also convicted of robbery, burglary and abuse of a corpse. Prosecutors say the defendant strangled the 74-year-old man and abused his body before stealing the car and other items. Gary was arrested driving the victim’s car the day after the victim’s body was found. This is a developing story and it will be updated as new information become available.

According to the police officials, the 25-year-old man has been charged with killing his ex-girlfriend and her uncle earlier this month. Prosecutors say that the man was on probation for three domestic assault charges at the time of the shootings.  His name is Lavelle D. 19-year-old mother high on drugs drowned her 11-month-old baby son while taking a bath with the baby. She was taken into custody on Friday, July 30, and charged with second-degree felony murder and second-degree child cruelty over the death of her 11-month old child. Sioux City – According to the police officials, his name is Robert Buel and he was arrested following the shooting death of his roommate on Sunday. This unfortunate incident occurred right before 10 a.m. Authorities say it happened at a home along 21st Street in Sioux City, IA. Officers responded to a shooting call. When the officers arrived on scene, they found a 41-year-old victim. His name is Jason Lafferty and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Davenport Police Department officers responded to a report that someone was struck by gunfire. When the officers arrived on scene, they discovered that the shooting left bullet holes in cars and homes. They recovered more than 40 shell casings at the scene.
