The speed limit is 25 miles per hour from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. According to the police officials, the first time a driver speeds in a school zone, the maximum fine is $150 and the second time it’s a maximum fine of $300. Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, his name is Charlie Gary and he was found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of Robert Long in January 2020. Officials say that the 20-year-old man was also convicted of robbery, burglary and abuse of a corpse. Prosecutors say the defendant strangled the 74-year-old man and abused his body before stealing the car and other items. According to the police officials, the 25-year-old man has been charged with killing his ex-girlfriend and her uncle earlier this month. Prosecutors say that the man was on probation for three domestic assault charges at the time of the shootings.  His name is Lavelle D. 19-year-old mother high on drugs drowned her 11-month-old baby son while taking a bath with the baby. She was taken into custody on Friday, July 30, and charged with second-degree felony murder and second-degree child cruelty over the death of her 11-month old child.
