Four parents are filing a lawsuit against the District of Columbia over their children’s ability to authorize medical professionals to administer vaccines without their parental consent. Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, his name is Bobby Fitzgerald Hunt Jr. and he demanded his right to a speedy trial. This unfortunate incident occurred on June 3. Hunt allegedly hit and killed a 40-year-old man on Kimberly Road in Davenport. He then fled the scene. The 33-year-old man was arrested and charged with: Homicide by vehicle-reckless driving; Leaving the scene of an accident causing death; Operating while intoxicated-third offense.
