Dallas County, IOWA – DCSO officials said the shooting occurred right before 11 p.m. late Sunday night. It happened on 123rd Place in Perry. The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office said that sdeputies responded to a shooting call. When the deputies arrived on scene, they found one adult male victim. Police said the 22-year-old victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to a hospital for treatment. He was later identified as Hunter Keasey. Muscatine, IOWA – City officials said that Liberty has been used as a detour during the Grandview Avenue reconstruction and the higher-than-normal traffic has created buckles in the roadway. According to the statement, Pearl will be closed in both directions at Liberty while Liberty will be reduced to one-lane of traffic during the repair work. Residents are asked to please alternate for the lane restriction on Liberty, slow down when driving through the construction area, watch for construction workers, and find alternate routes if possible.  The Liberty and Pearl intersection repair is the second emergency repair added to the contract.…

Linn County, IOWA – According to the ISP officials, this unfortunate accident occurred right after 1 p.m. Saturday afternoon. It happened near the corner of 80th Street SW and 16th Avenue SW. Iowa State Patrol troopers responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash. The responding troopers discovered that the driver of Kia Spectra left the roadway and struck a pile of rocks. The vehicle went airborne and rolled on its side several times. The unidentified driver suffered injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Davenport, IOWA – Davenport Police Department officials said the 46-year-old suspect was arrested and taken into custody on Friday. His name is Dennis Estabrook Jr. and he is now facing multiple charges, including: second degree robbery and public intoxication. This incident occurred right before 10 p.m. Friday night. It happened on East 53rd Street. The 46-year-old suspect reportedly entered the store and told the cashier that he had no money but wanted a cigar. Muscatine, IOWA – According to the city officials, all children are invited to bring their baskets, and their parents, to the Hunt that will be held on from 10-11:00 a.m. on April 9 in the upper loop of Weed Park. Davenport, IOWA – According to the Davenport Police Department, all three suspects were charged on Wednesday. Police officials said that all three suspects, 20-year-old Javon Combs, 18-year-old Chrystian Smith and 18-year-old John Hanes, are now charged with first-degree murder in shooting death of 14-year-old Jamon Winfrey. The fatal shooting occurred on Feb. 25, 2021, prosecutors said. It happened on Farnam Street. The responding officers reportedly found cartridge cases, but no injuries or damage in their initial report. Authorities reportedly discovered the victim ‘s body the next day.
