Des Moines, IOWA – According to the Des Moines Police Department, his name is Quarian Deonte Moore and he was arrested on Thursday.
Police said the 17-year-old suspect is now charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 18-year-old Dean Titus Deng.
This unfortunate incident occurred on Nov. 14.
Police said the 18-year-old victim was found in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound.
Deng was taken to a hospital where he later died.
