Cedar Rapids, IOWA – According to the police officials, his name is Tyrell Jarule Gaston and he is charged with two counts of attempted murder.
The 18-year-old suspect is also charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon and going armed with intent.
Police said Gaston is charged after trying to kill Cornelius Gaston and Nikolas Palmer.
This incident occurred in the 800 block of E Avenue NW,
On Nov. 2, around 12:15 p.m., Cedar Rapids Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
The responding officers discovered that the 18-year-old man fired multiple shots at his relative, striking the car he was in before fleeing the scene.
