Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, his name is Jacob Derek Seitz and he was arrested Friday on two counts of attempted murder, a Class B felony punishable by 25 years in prison.
The 39-year-old suspect has a preliminary hearing Aug. 17. This unfortunate incident occurred right after 7 a.m. Friday. It happened at a home in the 200 block of 4th Ave North in Clinton.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found two male victims. Police say one of the victims suffered serious stab wounds. Both victims said that they were stabbed by Seitz.
When police found him, the suspect had dried blood on his hands, dried blood on the right side of his head and dried blood on his legs.
