Cedar Rapids, IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is Antoine Jackson and he was sentenced to 5 years in federal prison with five years of supervised release after his prison term.
The 35-year-old defendant was sentenced on Monday.
In June, 2021, Jackson pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute at least 100 grams of heroin.
Prosecutors said the 35-year-old defendant and another individual worked together to sell heroin in the Cedar Rapids area between 2017 and 2018.
The defendant personally distributed at least 46 grams of heroin, court records say.
