Davenport, IOWA – Police officials said the 20-year-old suspect was arrested and taken into custody on Saturday.
His name is Tremiere Walton and he is now charged with multiple charges, including: intimidation with a dangerous weapon and use of a dangerous weapon in the commission of a crime.
The charges stem from July 25, 2021 incident.
The shooting occurred in the 1900 block of North Harrison Street.
Investigators believe the 20-year-old suspect shot at least three times at the victim’s vehicle.
The responding officers reportedly found three 9mm casings on the scene.
The suspect was seen on video surveillance arriving in the area on foot and approaching the vehicle.
Walton is being held on $10,000 cash-only bond, court records say.
