Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, his name is Tony Anthony Phillips and he is charged with two counts of possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine.

Each charge is a Class C felony under Iowa law that carries a prison sentence of 10 years.

Police say the 48-year-old man also is charged with two counts of violating Iowa’s drug tax stamp law.

Each of those charges is a Class D felony that carries a prison sentence of five years.

The suspect was arrested Tuesday and made a first appearance Wednesday in Scott County District Court.

He is being held in the Scott County Jail on a $100,000 cash-only bond.

This is a developing story and it will be updated as new information become available.
