Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, his name is Zachary Cahill and he is charged with 2nd Degree Robbery.
The 29-year-old man is also charged with 1st Degree Theft in relation to a vehicle theft that occurred in the 1300 block of North Harrison Street.
He was booked into the Scott County Jail.
