Masks requirement for Johnson County county buildings has been extended to January 15, 2022

Johnson County, IOWA – According to the statement, the Johnson County board of Supervisors and the Johnson County Public Health Department voted on Thursday.

Officials say that the requirement applies for all visitors and employees to wear face coverings while inside Johnson County facilities.

The mandate is subject to change if guidance from county public health or the CDC.

The mandate for county buildings was instated in August.
