Davenport, IOWA – According to the health officials, a total of 450,915 COVID-19 cases have been reported in Iowa since the start of the pandemic.
The Iowa Department of Public Health says that 30 COVID-19 deaths were reported as well, bringing the states’ total to 6,337.
Iowa’s 14-day positivity rate is now 8.9%, up from 8.7% on Monday.
The Iowa Department of Public Health reports 578 Iowans hospitalized with COVID-19.
Of those hospitalized, 79.4% are not fully vaccinated, while 88% of those in intensive care are not fully vaccinated.
A total of 3,329,385 vaccine doses have been administered in Iowa and 64.1% of Iowans 18 and up are now fully vaccinated.
