Des Moines, IOWA – According to the Des Moines Police Department, the shooting occurred around 2:52 p.m. Monday.
It happened outside of East High School.
Des Moines Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found 3 victims.
Police said that the 15-year-old boy and two girls, 18 and 16, suffered life-threatening injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment.
Unfortunately, the 15-year-old boy, who was not an East High School student, was pronounced dead.
Suspects have been arrested and taken into custody, police said.
No other information is available at the moment.
