Two local residents face multiple drug-related and child-endangerment charges after police say one sold methamphetamine to a confidential source

Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, Elexus Hicks and Tyler Roelandt are arrested and they are facing multiple drug-related and child-endangerment charges.

Roelandt faces four felony charges of child endangerment, a felony charge of having no drug-tax stamp, and two felony charges of possession with intent to deliver.

Hicks faces four felony charges of child endangerment, a felony charge of having no drug-tax stamp and a felony charge of possession with intent to deliver.

According to the police officials, the 28-year-old man sold less than 5 grams of methamphetamine to a confidential source.

The delivery was witnessed by members of the Scott County Sheriff’s Office. 

Roelandt is on parole and Hicks is on probation.

She was released on bond.

The 28-year-old man is being held on $15,000 cash-only bond in Scott County Jail.
