According to the police officials, the 34-year-old man confronted his 14-year-old daughter’s boyfriend after the boy used a ladder to sneak into his house on July 18. The father and the 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named because of his age, exchanged gunfire. He pleaded guilty in federal court on Wednesday after being indicted on a single count of violating Jonathon Zicarelli’s civil rights in 2019.
