IOWA – According to the police officials, his name is Adam Eugene Edgington and his body was found Thursday night in his car parked in a field. His death came a day after he was arrested and charged with sexual exploitation by a school employee. The 42-year-old teacher from Marshalltown was accused of kissing, hugging, holding hands with and fondling the student several times within the last school year. Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, Derek Alan Miller; Joseph Noel Villalpando and Aryan Sue Snoddy are charged in connection with the burglary and robbery. The robbery charge is a Class B felony that carries an automatic 25-year prison sentence, 70%, or 17 ½ years, of which must be served before parole can be granted. Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, her name is Treshonda Pollion and she was sentenced Friday for voluntary manslaughter in the death of Eloise Chairs. The 25-year-old woman was originally charged with first-degree murder in Chairs’ death. According to the court documents, the deal included a mandatory 10-year sentence. About the incident – the two women got into a fight in October after Chairs had argued with others over a card game. Pollion fired a shot during the confrontation, hitting Chairs. IOWA – According to the police officials, her name is Miranda Richmann and she attempted transactions using a school procurement card with Xoom, PayPal, Wells Fargo Bank, Western Union Bank, Target, Serve Credit Union, Venmo, Sam’s Club and Walmart. The unauthorized transactions added up to more than $115,000. According to the statement, these cards were intended for employees to use for supplies and services for work purposes only.
